Privacy notice

Who is responsible. Yegor Shkoda, founder of Shkoda Robotics, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: yegor@shkodarobotics.com. The company is being registered; this notice will carry its registered name, tax number and address as soon as that is complete.

What we collect. The details you enter in the partner form: company, name, work email, robot model, status in Europe and your message. If you write to us by email or book a call, we also keep that correspondence.

Why. To reply to your request and prepare a partner call. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Who receives it. Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this site and stores form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are forwarded to our mailbox, provided by Google. Calls are booked through Google Calendar. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else.

Server logs. Like any web host, Netlify records technical data about each visit, such as IP address, time and page requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How long. Twelve months after our last contact, unless a business relationship starts.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to yegor@shkodarobotics.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies. This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics and serves its fonts from its own server.
